We expected the normal routine but when Franseca came to the venue where we had it, she was amazing. We didn't have to do much all she took care of everything. What an AMAZING job they did for our family Christmas Party this past Saturday 12/14/24.  From Tori who worked with us for our menu, to the culinary master chefs behind the scenes and finally Melissa and Mason who without a doubt made sure everything was perfect leaving no detail undone for our guests. Dory made the process so simple and stress free and she is wonderful to work with! Mary was the absolute best! Her attention to detail was exceptional, and she's just an all around great person! She took care of EVERYTHING! She came right in and knew exactly how to set the whole party up and she did the majority of it on her own.  There was always plenty of food being replenished as well as the passed Hors d'oeuvres. I highly recommend Summit Catering!

Truly made wedding planning, and the day so seamless. The whole waitstaff exceeded our expectations, my husband and I had absolutely nothing to worry about because they took care of everything. The food was beyond delicious, all of our guests continue to brag about it. Tori made sure my husband and I were eating, bringing us personal trays of apps, making sure we always had a drink in our hands, and taking care of everything behind the scenes. Do you offer customizable menus?

Yes! We offer customized menus to match your preferences, dietary restrictions, and event style. From elegant plated dinners to buffet-style feasts, our team works with you to create the perfect menu.

How far in advance should I book catering?

For weddings and large events, we recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance. For smaller gatherings, we suggest booking at least 2-4 weeks ahead to ensure availability.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! We provide options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary needs. We also accommodate “food lifestyles” as well as Ethnic foods. Let us know your requirements, and we’ll craft a menu that works for everyone.

What form of payment does Summit Catering accept?

We accept cash, check, Zelle or credit cards (4.5% fee on CC).

Do you provide staff for events?

Yes, we offer full-service catering with professional staff, including servers, bartenders, and event coordinators, to ensure seamless service from start to finish.
